In doing so, he has handled every aspect of residential and commercial foreclosure related matters including: pre-foreclosure collection through post-foreclosure sale proceedings; appeals; litigation of contested actions; title insurance issues; surplus money proceedings; deficiency judgments; evictions; REO closings and Bankruptcy proceedings.
